Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, booking a session, joining a program, purchasing content, or otherwise interacting with REBUILT1, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site or services.

No professional advice; not therapy

REBUILT1 provides coaching and educational & entertainment content. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the U.S.) or seek professional help immediately.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the Site or services. If you enroll a minor with our written consent, a parent/guardian must sign all agreements and attend as appropriate.

Accounts & security

If you create an account (e.g., in our client portal/Practice), you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Booking, billing & our platform partners

We use third-party providers (e.g., Practice for client portal/scheduling and Stripe/payment processors) to deliver parts of the service. Their terms and privacy notices apply. Payments are processed by those providers; we do not store full payment card data on our servers.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy (see footer link). By booking or purchasing, you accept that policy.

Subscriptions & auto-billing

If you opt for installment plans or auto-debits, you authorize recurring charges until canceled per our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. We provide clear terms at checkout and confirmation emails. You may cancel future charges as stated, but charges already incurred are non-refundable unless our Policy says otherwise.

Content & intellectual property

All Site content, programs, materials, and trademarks are owned by REBUILT1 or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use purchased materials for your own non‑commercial use. Do not copy, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

User content & community standards

If you post or submit content, you grant REBUILT1 a non‑exclusive license to display and use it to operate the Services. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

3) COACHING & GENERAL DISCLAIMER

• Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or disorder. If you need medical or mental health care, consult a licensed professional.

• No guarantees. Testimonials are individual experiences and not typical promises of results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort and circumstances.

4) REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Effective date: September 15, 2025

Applies to purchases made on the Site or via our client portal. Some purchases through third parties may be subject to their terms.

Breakthrough Session (single session)

• Reschedule: Allowed with 24+ hours’ notice.

• Cancellations: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before scheduling. Otherwise, a refund is not guaranteed once a session is scheduled; missed/no‑show sessions are non‑refundable.

3‑Session Bundle

• Validity: Use within 90 days of purchase.

• Refunds: If no session has been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. If one or more sessions are used, refunds are not available; at our discretion, we may credit remaining value.

6‑Week Accelerator

• Start: Begins on your confirmed start week; includes six (6) weekly sessions.

• Refunds: If you cancel before the first session and within 7 days of purchase, we can refund minus any onboarding costs already incurred. After the first session, refunds are not available; one pause/deferral may be granted at our discretion.

Base Camp (1‑Year) & Ascend (1‑Year)

• Payment options: Pay‑in‑full or quarterly installments.

• Refunds: If you cancel before the first session and within 7 days of enrollment, we can refund minus onboarding costs. After the first session, refunds are not available. You may cancel future installments to stop future charges; prior charges remain owed.

• Auto‑billing: If you opt in to installment auto‑debits, you authorize recurring charges until you complete the program or cancel future installments pursuant to this Policy.

General

• How to cancel/reschedule: Use your client portal or email info@rebuilt1.com.

• Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve issues; unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed.

• Force majeure: We may reschedule or pause services due to events beyond our control.

5) COOKIES POLICY
